In mathematics, the Highest Common Factor (HCF) is also known as the Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) or Greatest Common Factor (GCF). HCF or GCD of two or more positive integers is the largest integer that divides all the integers without leaving a remainder. It is the highest number that can divide the given two or more numbers. 

HCF of 20 and 30 is 10. 
Factors of 20 is 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 20 and Factors of 30 is 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 30. Among the factors 10 is the common highest factor. Therefore, 10 is the HCF of 20 and 30.
